What... I'm blogging?

I had a conversation with my mom about a week ago, and told her I was thinking about starting a blog. I think she thought I was a huge geek for even suggesting it. I was one of those people that thought blogs and website were soooo lame. Over the past year, I've loved checking out other people's blogs and reading about their lives, even if I don't know them. So, I'm jumping on the bandwagon and starting my own.

I've gotten really into my hobby of photography this summer and thought this would be a great way to share my photos with friends and family. I've spent a lot of time sending people pictures through email, and I thought the time spent uploading and waiting to send to multiple people could be better spent uploading all at once to this site.

So here goes nothing! I definitely don't think a post is a post without a picture. Here are some from my cousin Kaley's wedding, that I'm still working on editing. I'm only posting some of the "getting ready" ones tonight. It's WAY past my bedtime.
